Burning off those excess pounds of fat is the real key to getting beach
ready in record time. Simply put, you need to burn off more
calories
than you consume, which creates a caloric deficit.
First, reduce your calorie intake by eliminating
snacking and fatty
sugary foods. Also, keep alcohol to a minimum as alcohol prevents your
body from processing and burning fat efficiently.
Second, split your food over 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day.
This will help to keep your metabolism consistent (helping you to
process fat more efficiently), and will also help you to avoid the
desire to snack. Keep a banana, apple or dried fruit on hand just in

Third, perform cardio exercise in your workouts like cycling, jogging,

Crunches - with your back on the ball and your feet on the
floor, perform 20 crunches, contracting your abs to lift your shoulder
blades and upper back off the ball.

on the floor, and now crunch your abs down so that you are pulling the
cable only by using the strength in your abs.
