What
Is It Missing?
Probably
the main thing missing is the lack
of alternative exercises in the
workout program. If you’re at a good well-equipped gym then
you’ll be fine, but if you’re not, or you workout
at home, then that might pose a small problem.
In addition, my feeling was that although Vince has done a good job of
organizing the materials, there is so much of it that, as I mentioned
earlier, on first glance the absolute beginner may find it a little
daunting and overwhelming.
